Description
This rifle is design to fire kinetic rounds with a super-charged plasma core known as star-lite rounds using a railgun type system. An medium sized Lithium-Ion pack is attached to the stock for the rifles power source while the magazine loads the star-lite rounds into the chamber much like a traditional firearm. For sustained usage a special battery can be used that directly hooks into a portable super capacitor that will take energy from nearby buildings to be used to fire the weapon. Neo-Tokyo SWAT snipers prefer this rifle for sustained standoffs, its greater accuracy, and faster projectile flight to make use of greater opportunities to end a standoff without collateral damage.
